
Sara Radoff serves as the Articulation Officer & Transfer Academic Counselor Coordinator at Cabrillo College. Her professional mission is to provide transformative education experiences, while simultaneously transforming colleges and universities through equity-minded practices. Developed throughout substantial experiences in higher education, Sara offers a wealth of knowledge, skills, and abilities, along with a proven track record for increasing belonging, transfer, and retention and graduate rates, especially among first-generation, low income, students of color. Sara earned a Master of Arts in Society, Culture and Politics in Education from the University of British Columbia, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Montana. Prior to joining the Cabrillo College faculty, she served as the Director of Services for Transfer, Re-entry and Resilient Scholars at the University of California Santa Cruz. She also has a background in academic advising at the undergraduate and graduate level, as well as international and community service-learning coordination.
