Applying for UC Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) for Fall 2027 Transfer? Create your UC Transfer Admission Planner today and submit your UC TAG application during the open UC TAG application window: September 1st - September 30.

Create Your UC TAP Account Today! UC TAP stands for University of California Transfer Admission Planner. It’s a free online tool designed to help California community college students track their progress toward transferring to a UC campus.

California State University (CSU)
Fall 2027 Transfer Application opens August 1st on the California State University website.
Applying to the CSU in the near future?
Create your CSU Transfer Planner today! Search CSU programs, explore transfer requirements, and check general education courses. If you qualify, you can also join a Transfer Success Pathway (TSP) agreement.

Interested in transferring to a California State University (CSU)?
From August 1–October 31, first-time community college students can apply for the CSU Transfer Success Pathway (TSP). Eligible students can receive guaranteed admission to a participating CSU campus and major, along with personalized guidance and a step-by-step transfer plan to help them reach their goals.


Associate Degrees for Transfer, ADTs, Are a pathway to earning an Associate degree while also completing CSU transfer requirements at the same time and guarantee admission to the CSU system into a similar major. Students must complete only 60 units at the university to achieve a Bachelor's degree.


The Transfer Success Pathway (TSP) is a dual admission program for California community college students interested in earning a bachelor’s degree at a California State University (CSU), with guaranteed admission to a participating campus. TSP increase access to all 22 CSU campuses, especially for students who faced academic, financial, or personal challenges that previously prevented them from attending a CSU.


Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG)
is a program for California community college students to earn a guaranteed acceptance to a university. There are six participating University of California (UC) that offer TAG: UC Davis, UC Irvine, UC Merced, UC Riverside, UC Santa Barbara, and UC Santa Cruz


If you know your major but want to keep your University of California (UC) campus options open, then a UC Transfer Pathway could be the route for you. Transfer Pathways give you a roadmap to prepare for your major and graduate on time from any UC campus.
