Where Every Voice Matters, and Every Story Belongs

Student equity at Cabrillo College is the commitment to cultivate a culture of inclusive excellence by examining how institutional policies, procedures, and practices across the campus can evolve to better serve students from minoritized communities. The 2019-2022 Student Equity Plan is an ongoing institutional effort at Cabrillo College to improve the academic, interpersonal, and intrapersonal success of students from minoritized communities.
